At United Airlines a United CRJ200 is operated by regional airlines for United. Skywest, Inc. operates all United Bombardier CRJ200 aircraft through it's two subsidaries Skywest Airlines and Expressjet. Skywest Airlines is one of the United Bombardier CRJ200 operators. Skywest CRJ200s operate mostly out of Hubs in Denver, San Francisco, Houston and Washington D.C. There is also a size able United CRJ200 Skywest operation in Los Angeles. Another United Airlines CRJ200 operator is Expressjet (formerly Atlantic Southeast Airlines – ASA) which is also owned by Skywest, Inc. Expressjet operates United CRJ200s mostly out of Washington D.C., Chicago and Houston.

All United CRJ200s have 50 seats and 12 rows of 2 by 2 seating and one row of 2 seats. United has "two different" seating configurations for their United Express CRJ200. Both United CRJ200 configurations are actually the same, however the only difference is in the row numbering where one goes from 1-12 then 14 and the other configuration is 1-13.
