Bombardier CRJ1000 Landing Gear
The Bombardier CRJ1000 Landing Gear is built by UTC Aerospace Systems, formerly Goodrich before the merger of United Technologies' Hamilton Sundstrand division and Goodrich in 2012. UTC Aerospace Systems is the OEM and aftermarket provider for the CRJ1000 NextGen landing gear. Héroux-Devtek also lists that they provide OEM landing gear components for the CRJ series aircraft. Héroux-Devtek lists the following capabilities: design, actuators, components, repair & overhaul. Also they list that Goodrich Corporation is sub-contracted to manufacture components for a number of commercial aircraft programs.
The Bombardier CRJ1000 Landing Gear is configured in a typical tricycle configuration with the main landing gear at the middle of the airplane and a steerable nose landing gear.
