Economy class is configured in a 3 by 2 seating configuration on the Boeing 717. first class / business class is configured 2 by 2, (2 seats - aisle - 2 seats).
AirTran Airways Boeing 717-200 Seat Map – Seating Chart
Currently we do not have a representation of the Airtran Boeing 717-200 seating chart, however read on for details on how it is configured. AirTran will be closing down and transferring all operations to Southwest Airlines by the end of 2014. Southwest has contracted with Delta Air Lines to lease all AirTran's 717s. The AirTran Boeing 717 seat map has 117 seats in a two class configuration. Their are 12 seats in first / business class with a 36-37 inch seat pitch and 105 economy class seats with a 30 inch seat pitch. Columns for business class are lettered A, B, D, C, while economy class is A, B, C, D, E. There are 31 rows of seats, with business class in 1 to 3 and economy in rows 3 to 31.
QantasLink Boeing 717-200 Seat Map - Seating Chart
The (QantasLink) Qantas Boeing 717-200 seating chart has two different configurations. The first configuration is a new and updated cabin with 12 business class seats and 98 economy class seats. There are approximately three of these 717s. The seat pitch for the business class seats is 37 inches, while the economy class seats have a 31 inch seat pitch. The second configuration has 125 seats in an economy class configuration. The seat pitch for this configuration is 30 to 31 inches. Below are the two seat maps.

The Hawaiian Airlines Boeing 717 seat map has 123 seats in a two class configuration. There are 8 first class seats and 115 coach class seats. The first class seats have a 37 inch seat pitch and the coach class seats have a 30 to 31 inch seat pitch. Below is the seat map for the airline's 717.
Delta Air Lines Boeing 717-200 Seat Map - Seating Chart
Delta Air Lines is a new Boeing 717-200 operator, they have acquired the 717 from Southwest. The Delta Boeing 717-200 seating chart has 110 seats in a "3 class" configuration. The aircraft has a first class section with 12 seats that are 19.6 inches wide and have a 37 inch seat pitch. Delta then has 15 seats that are apart of their Economy Comfort section. These seats are 18.1 inches wide and have a 34 inch seat pitch. The economy class seats are 18.1 inches wide and have a 31 inch seat pitch. The jet has Wifi and 110 volt power with regular and USB power plugs. There is one lavatory / restroom located at the front and two located in the back of the airplane.
