Boeing has delivered the second built Boeing 787-8 jet, ZA002 / N787EX / Serial Number (SN): 40691, to the Pima Air and Space Museum in Tucson, Arizona, USA. The jet is still painted in the ANA livery, as featured below. ZA002 / N787EX first flew on December 22, 2009 for Boeing and was used to test system performance for the 787-8 program. The aircraft will be featured as a permanent display at the Pima Air and Space Museum. The Museum and Boeing held a ceremony for the delivery of the 787-8 jet. On hand for the event was Boeing's VP of 787 Engineering, the Arizona governor, a U.S. House representative and the Museum' Chairman of the Board. Boeing is planning to share a third Boeing 787-8 test flight aircraft with another organization. Boeing has not made it clear if Boeing is donating the 787-8 to museums, as they are using the word "share" instead.
